Paediatric Return to Acute Clinical Practice (PRACP)

During the Covid Pandemic, we have made PRACP a mixed virtual and face to face programme.

This is the London School of Paediatric's successful return to training one day couse. The day is aimed at all health professionals working in paediatrics who are returning to clinical paediatrics after a period time away from training or acute practice.

TThe morning includes networking with other trainees who have been away from clinical practice, and a lecture on hot topics in paediatrics on zoom (hosted virtually) facilitated by the TPD for Return to Practice. You will have an opportunity to discuss your return as well.

There will be a virtual session on wellbeing/ work life balance/ compassion based CBT virtually.

You will then have the opportunity to attend a socially distanced laser simulation session if you wish. This is not compulsory. It will be hosted at the Education Centre at UCLH in maximum groups of two candidates and 2 facilitators with appropriate PPE available. For those who dont wish to attend, we will host some case based discussions virtually on zoom
